Introducing the viiivPRO
Hi Gang,
It's Brian Murray here, one of the old SuperSlow instructors from back in the day, and I would like to give you something to think about on a great topic: Isometric exercise.
In my opinion it is where all of you are going, you just don't know it yet.
They say there are two days of happiness for a boat owner, the day you buy it and the day you sell it. That could be said for some exercise equipment as well.
Now, I'm certainly not implying you get rid of anything, but for me, after many years of working with clients using slow motion high intensity strength training with several pieces of the best exercise equipment available, I decided to sell all of it.
It was a happy time and I haven't regretted that decision for one second. My life was simplified. No more buying and selling machines, retrofitting old Nautilus machines, and paying to have all those transactions shipped across the country. Also, no more large rent payments to contain all that stuff.
For the past 16 years I have been using maximum isometric contractions exclusively with clients. The results from 20 second workouts (yes, you read that correctly, 20 SECONDS!) have been fantastic. Isometrics are simply safer, more comfortable, more efficient, and easier for your clients to understand and perform.
If you haven't started using isometrics with your clients (or yourself), you may want to start. Times are changing, rapidly.
Over the last three years I have worked on the development of a new isometric training device. Today, I'm proud to introduce all of you to the viiivPRO (Please take a look at the attached photo).
The viiivPRO is a compact all-in-one isometric exercise device that provides all the strength exercise you could ever need. I have personally overseen the design details to provide the optimum body positioning and comfort that all of us have come to expect. With the viiivPRO you have an affordable, space-saving option that gives you the ability to discover and measure the true strength of your clients. This is a feature you cannot get from lifting weights.
If you should have questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
Best,
Brian Murray, M.Ed
